Call or visit Potentials Therapy Center to check service availability, enrollment steps, new client acceptance, and cost of services.

Assessment & Evaluation

Schedule the initial assessment to determine needs and create a therapy plan. Bring relevant records and referral letters.

Enroll in Services

Fill out registration forms with personal and medical details. Schedule therapy sessions right after registration.

Attend Sessions

Attend sessions as recommended. Complete home exercises provided by therapists to support progress.
